What happens in a consultation?

1. Sara Jane identifies the cause of your discomfort through an initial holistic assessment. She recognises the critical link between the structure of your body and how it functions, so she may address different areas of your body to see what is contributing to your symptoms.

2. Once she identifies the cause, she will use a combination of stretching, massage, and mobilisation techniques to tailor the most appropriate treatment for you and your body’s needs.

3. Sara Jane will aim to reduce your current symptoms, prevent a recurrence, and restore your body to balance to get back to what’s important – living life!
